Associate Apparel Designer - Dallas Cowboys Football Club - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Frisco, TX)

An Associate Designer at Dallas Cowboys Merchandising assists the design and technical design team with daily responsibilities in order to increase efficiency in the design process and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the technical designers with all aspects of the development process from concept to creation
  • Assist the designers with trend research, sketching designs, and creating boards
  • Spec and prep samples prior to fittings
  • Create and maintain boards and print for meetings.
  • Assist with fit sessions by preparing paperwork, taking notes for designers, adding feedback, and helping complete evaluations after fittings.
  • Prep graphic submits for graphic reviews
  • Prepare presentations, samples, and re-merchandise showrooms for meetings

Requirements:

  •  Degree in Apparel Design
  • Must have 1-3 years of apparel design or technical design experience
  •  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Must have training and experience with garment construction, design, pattern making, and textiles
  • Must be a self starter and be able to take and follow direction
  • Must be a good teammate and work well with others
  • Must be responsible, organized, and motivated
  • Must be able to gather information and make clear, well-reasoned decisions

Variable Hour Warehouse-Inventory Control and Return Processing Associate - Dallas Cowboys Football Club - Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

Variable Hour Warehouse Associate – Inventory Control and Return Processing

Job Duties:

- Perform daily count processes through the use of an RF scanner device
- Accurate inventory and timely counts in multiple warehouse locations, with a range of products
- Assist in regular and accurate “spec” measurement of current and inbound product
- Inspect and insure quality of all products being returned (damage identification)
- Perform quality checks/audits on orders which have been processed for shipping
- Communication role with management related to damage processing, system process data entry and product management
- Familiarity with product “DIM” elements and functionality  -  (weight, dimensions, units per container)
- Perform other activities and functions as directed by the Inventory/Quality Control Manager
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with coworkers from different departments
- Knowledge of RF systems
- Fork Lift Experience is a plus (internal certification process requirement as needed)
 

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree                                                                                                - Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

The Part Time Seasonal Warehouse Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to internal and external customers within Inventory and Quality Control.  The Part Time Seasonal Warehouse Associate is responsible for adhering to pre-determined working schedules.

Job Duties:

 - Perform daily cycle counts throughout the Merchandising Warehouses.

The Merchandise Coordinator works with internal and external partners in performing regular sku/item creation or maintenance updates to support product introduction, replenishment needs, maintain product flow, item/sku integrity at POS, and end of season returns to vendor.

-          Manage staff, proper on-boarding/training of daily responsibilities and maintain weekly hours.

-          Drive the Four Pillars metrics of Safety, Quality, On-Time and Efficiencies.

-          Drive a performance based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time data.

-          Manage and observe Compliance and Outbound SLAs for each order so as to ensure exceptional quality and service to the customer.

Graphic Designer - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

A Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs that are market right, meet customer demands, and maintain the integrity of the brand.  Along with the Creative Manager, responsibilities include setting the look and direction of multiple seasonal lines for all channels of distribution, making sure that all category objectives are met, presentation boards and support materials for merchandising, art, and sales meetings, and assisting in all other graphic related initiatives as directed by your department manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually impactful graphics from concept to production for both import and domestic manufacturing.
  • Present new concepts and ideas in design reviews and meetings.
  • Approve pre-production samples and strike-offs.
  • Graphic support for sales presentation boards for seasonal and quick response initiatives.
  • Utilize graphic sales analysis to provide insight for future development.
  • Development of logos, hangtags, and neck labels with an overall brand awareness for Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, Blue Star Graphics, 81Eighty, and 289c.
  • Graphic development for ads, promotional materials, POS signage, AT&T Stadium events, and Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops.
  • Research: trends in the marketplace, our competitors, techniques, sales analysis, and our customer.
  • Wholesale catalog development and layout for all DCM brands.
  • Preparing submission pages for licensing and customer approval.
  • Ability to lead projects and take on more responsibility as the business dictates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Associates degree in graphic design.
  • 3-5 years experience in the apparel industry preferred.

·         Creativity and problem solving skills a must.

·         Willingness to learn and follow direction and instruction.

·         Eagerness to be part of a team and the ability to work within its structure.

·         Ability to work within a fast paced environment with hard and tight deadlines.

·         Excellent verbal and writing skills.

  • Good organization skills.
  • In depth knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign on a Mac OSX platform.

Able to work 8:30am – 5:30pm, M – F with periodic overtime as workload dictates.

Wholesale Customer Service Rep (Seasonal) - Part Time - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Wholesale Seasonal CSR is responsible for providing superior customer service to wholesale customers of Dallas Cowboys Merchandise.  This position supports the Wholesale Account managers with data entry, account maintenance, and communication with our customers.  This position reports to the Wholesale Customer Service Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Order entry under strict deadlines.  Accuracy and organization is key to getting all goals met in a timely manner.
  • Double checking all deadline orders to ensure the proper items were entered along with the correct colors and sizes.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers with questions about their orders, requesting return authorization numbers, or looking for available inventory.
  • Running daily product availability reports to use when placing orders, answering questions, or when trying to replace other out of stock items on current orders.
  • Be knowledgeable of the product that the Dallas Cowboys offer. 
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Basic computer skills required
