The Part Time Retail Sales Associate is responsible for driving merchandise sales in the store.  The Part Time Retail Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and looks for creative ways to engage customers.  The Part Time Retail Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Greet customers and ascertain the customer’s needs
  • Drive sales by recommending, selecting, and locating merchandise based on customer needs
  • Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payments
  • Place special orders and/or make necessary inquiries to find desired items
  • Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming merchandise, sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Assist in regularly scheduled store inventories
  • Process freight, make store floor moves, hang and fold merchandise and other merchandise stocking and presentation tasks

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in a retail setting preferred
  • Able to communicate information effectively
  • Able to influence others to buy merchandise or to otherwise change their mind or actions
  • Able to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in difficult situations
  • Able to work with honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions

Inventory/Quality Control Manager - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Inventory/Quality Control Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing the operations of all Dallas Cowboys Merchandising/Eighty-One Eighty/289c product that enters/exits the facility - working closely with all operational departments. 

Job Duties:

 -          Assist Operations Manager in directing daily responsibilities and job duties.

-          Liaison between all departments, ensuring all tasks are executed to the best quality.

-          Specific concentration on inventory control and quality control.

-          Forecast and staff accordingly to meet operations objectives.

-          Create and implement policies and procedures.

-          Assist in analyzing internal logistical problems and help develop new solutions.

-          Drive a performance based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time data.

-          Coach and educate employees on operational policies and procedures.

-          Conduct weekly touch base operational meetings (one-on-one and group), strong communication skills – develop direct reports.

-          Identify talent, build and coach towards succession planning.

-          Maintain inventory standards to have appropriate accuracy for business needs.

-          Maintain and communicate chargeback/labor log analyzing weekly/monthly data.

-          Assist in directing/designing/implementing staffing processes for hiring seasonal/part time employees.

-          Actively participate in operations meetings (production, operation, process, system, etc.).

-          Build performance metrics and tools to track/forecast for expectations.

-          Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

 -          College degree preferred.

-           3 – 5 years warehouse experience.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office.

-          Able to simultaneously manage a very high level of detail across multiple projects.

-          Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.

-          Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.

-          Able to work Monday - Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm with flexibility for irregular hours.

The Wholesale Seasonal CSR is responsible for providing superior customer service to wholesale customers of Dallas Cowboys Merchandise.  This position supports the Wholesale Account managers with data entry, account maintenance, and communication with our customers.  This position reports to the Wholesale Customer Service Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Order entry under strict deadlines.  Accuracy and organization is key to getting all goals met in a timely manner.
  • Double checking all deadline orders to ensure the proper items were entered along with the correct colors and sizes.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers with questions about their orders, requesting return authorization numbers, or looking for available inventory.
  • Running daily product availability reports to use when placing orders, answering questions, or when trying to replace other out of stock items on current orders.
  • Be knowledgeable of the product that the Dallas Cowboys offer. 
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects

The Pro Shop Manager is responsible for the overall success of their assigned Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop and provides direction and supervision for all activities within their assigned store.  The Pro Shop Manager reports to the District Manager.

Job Duties:

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts and/or performing services for customers
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees, promoting or terminating when appropriate
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customer receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed; train employees on pricing and merchandising

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Knowledgeable expertise of merchandise.
• Execute all company visual merchandising directives.

  to be replenished.

• Act as “Manager on Duty” when Store Manager is
  not present by overseeing day-to-day operations of the store.

Education and/or Experience:
1 year retail experience required.
Associates or four year college degree in retail, business or related field, is preferred.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Will have knowledge of store product
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Must have good interpersonal skills for interacting with
  customers.
• Must be a team player

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
